Method

Make the influential conditions visible.

We treat brewing as a system: tea, particle size, dose, water, temperature and time interact. Stating them clearly makes comparison useful.

Particle size × water × time

Five variables we control

Particle size

A 0.71mm sieve boundary separates current cold- and hot-brew specifications.

Dose

Every sachet contains 3g.

Water

About 400ml cold; 250ml hot.

Temperature & time

Refrigerated from about 1h; or 85–95°C for 90–120s.

TDS as an observation—not a taste score

TDS helps compare extraction curves under recorded conditions. It does not measure aroma, balance or personal preference by itself, so the marked point is a recommended extraction point rather than a universal optimum.
